Orders placed Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (PST) are typically shipped within a few hours. You’ll receive an email with your tracking information once your order has been processed and shipped.
Most orders ship within 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends. Orders placed late on Friday, or over the weekend (Saturday or Sunday), may not show tracking updates until midday Monday as our team catches up on weekend orders.
We have daily pickups at 4:00 PM (PST) Monday through Friday. If you receive a tracking number before 4 PM, that means your order will most likely be picked up that same day.
Please note, there are no pickups on Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday may still receive a tracking number, but tracking updates will not appear until USPS scans the package on Monday.

The return address is listed simply as our fulfillment center, and nothing on the label indicates that the package contains hemp or THC products.
