Hours of operation: M-F 9am-5pm. Orders are shipped within 48-72hrs of purchase within the working hours.
Shipping Delivery time will be determined by the selected carrier during the checkout process. Expedited shipping methods are also available at an extra cost.

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed when your order was received, unfortunately, we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send you an email to inform you that we’ve received your returned item. We will also let you know about approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved to get a refund, then it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method used by you during purchase. Refunds are not immediate, it may take 2-3 days to credit in your bank account.
