These were good they helped with sleep like I said I'm a ex military insomniac after spending a year in the straights of Hormuz (we stayed on a six on six off work schedule the entire time. Basically you get three hours of sleep every nine hours it's horrible so it made me an insomniac for life. I wake up like an alarm. Clock is going off at four hours every time and it's very hard to go back to sleep.) that's why I came after the Gummies because I need help with sleep. I'm in a sleep study. I'm working for my VA benefits right now and I want to get into the VA sleep study. I just never tried to get my benefits all these years so I've had to rely on marijuana and Gummies and THC for years CBDCBN. All kinds these work these helped a lot. And they did not make me feel like crap the next day like melatonin does.
