It does what it says it does and helps with sleep. I picked this up for times when I don’t want to use T*C and have found it helpful; wish it didn’t have so much melatonin(tolerance for melatonin builds up fast so that means I can’t use this as much as I’d like to) and the taste lingers but it doesn’t ruin the product.

When my order arrived I thought there was a mistake. (Keep reading.) I always, always select 'unflavored'. But this is one was 'mixed berry'. Aargh!! Then I checked the website...nope, this one does not have an 'unflavored' option; I received exacttly what I ordered. I intended to start a return but first checked reviews. Hmm, several reviews mention that the flavor was good, very mild, not overpowering. Happy to say the reviews were right. A very good product with a mild berry taste. Excellent!
