The first time I took it I fell asleep after ~20minutes without feeling sleepy. The later times I used it, it took longer to take effect. And it felt like I was getting sleepy. I’ve tried melatonin before and it didn’t do anything for me. Overall I would recommend this for others who also don’t feel melatonin alone.

I'm an insomniac from the military since 1987 after spending a year in the Strait of Hormuz and the USS constellation CV 64 and I can tell you these helped put me to bed and that is huge. I'm actually in a sleep study and I'm trying to get into a veterans or a VA sleep study as well. I did not feel heavy in the morning. These worked very well. The whole sleep sample packet helped Big time and granddaddy. Purple was amazing but these worked very good for sleep.

I have been using the extra strength sleep gummies and half a gummy is all I need to get a full night's rest. Even if I wake up in the middle of the night to let my dog out or go to the bathroom I immediately fall back to sleep. I do not wake up groggy in the morning, I did when I took the full gummy but that was only once. I have tried other gummies and I find these work the best. I use less and they cost less. Highly recommend these gummies if you have sleep issues.
