Didn’t do anything
I just received my second order. I rarely sleep more than 4 hours a night, but when I wake up at 2am, I usually am able to go back to sleep 1-2hours after eating a Sleep+ gummy. Sometimes I have to eat two though.
I'm immune to THC but full spectrum CDB helps with pain, both joint and tendon, reduces inflammation and heat around the shoulder joint and hip. Also relaxes spasms. The taste is fantastic.

I'm an insomniac from the military since 1987 after spending a year in the Strait of Hormuz and the USS constellation CV 64 and I can tell you these helped put me to bed and that is huge. I'm actually in a sleep study and I'm trying to get into a veterans or a VA sleep study as well. I did not feel heavy in the morning. These worked very well. The whole sleep sample packet helped Big time and granddaddy. Purple was amazing but these worked very good for sleep.
